A collision of emotions
I seek to find the joy
A dismay i cannot find
A smile you see never authentic
In distress I cry
In weakness I sigh
Rid of all these i must
But no, it would never leave
I've been fooled once too many
Not just by others, but myself
Empty
Fill me up

I hate emptiness
I just hate emptiness
Fill me up with joy

I know not to harbour
